超聲波霧化噴嘴

國內起初自動化超聲波噴塗設備,采用發明專利的超聲波噴頭技術,可提供均勻有效的薄膜噴塗及噴霧熱解,膜厚最薄可達幾十納米。適用於薄膜太陽能電池、燃料電池、半導體光刻膠、電子傳感器、PCB助焊劑、無紡布功能塗層、玻璃鍍膜等多種納米及亞微米級薄膜製備。

超聲波霧化噴嘴的構造:

超聲波霧化噴嘴屬霧化噴嘴,它由進油管(1),進氣管(2),超聲波發生器(3),共振腔(4)及噴頭(5)所組成。利用超聲波發生器與共振腔作用產生高頻超聲波,將油料霧化成細小油珠,與氣體混合由噴頭的噴油孔噴入鍋爐內,從而既保證了高的霧化質量。

The structure of the ultrasonic atomization

nozzle:

In ultrasonic atomization nozzle atomizer nozzle,

it consists of inlet pipe (1), air inlet pipe (2), (3) ultrasonic generator,

cavity (4) and (6) sprinklers.Using

the ultrasonic generator and the cavity effect produce high-frequency

high-energy ultrasound, fuel atomization into tiny oil bead, mixed with gas

from the nozzle spray hole is sprayed into the boiler at a certain Angle, which

not only ensure the high quality of atomization.

equipment, the use of a patent for invention of ultrasonic nozzle technology,

can provide efficient thin film coating and spray pyrolysis, the most thin film

thickness can be up to tens of nanometers.Suitable

electronic sensors, PCB flux, non-woven fabric coating, glass coating and so on

the many kinds of nanometer and submicron level membrane preparation.

超聲波係列空氣霧化噴嘴
